The philosophy of alternate source parts was to provide our customers with a level of service that they were not getting from the OEM companies while at the same time saving them money. As is often the case today, an emergency call to an OEM for a much needed part will often result in being told that the part is not in stock and will be ready to ship in weeks or months when the customer needs the part now. We have done our best to meet the needs of our customers in providing the level of service that is required for any particular job. We are on 24 hour call. We will work jobs around the clock if needed. We will always do our best to make sure we do everything we possibly can to get our customers the parts they need when they need them. We have customers that we have been doing this for over 30 years and we have never forgotten what got us where we are.
