Brailyn handles the front desk as our receptionist. She coordinates phone communications with customers, suppliers and employees. The maintaining/updating of critical administrative schedules is a task that she handles. She supports the putting together of repair reports and the formalizing of a more professional quality system. She does purchasing for selected items.
IPS team member since 2024, Brailyn looks forward to contributing her desire to getting things done to the IPS administrative team.

Marlanda is currently being trained to take over all aspects of accounts receivable.
Marlanda joined the IPS team in July of 2024 after fifteen years in management in the retail grocery business.
Marlanda and her family reside in Jackson, LA
Brittany handles all aspects of accounts payable and assists with company payroll.
Brittany joined IPS in October of 2023 after nine years in management in the retail grocery industry.
Brittany resides in Lakeland, LA.
Chelsea is currently being trained to take over all aspects of accounts receivable.
Chelsea joined the IPS team in April of 2024 after seven years in customer service in the auto repair industry.
Chelsea resides in Erwinville, LA.
Dustin works in the Engineering and quality control department at IPS.
IPS team member again since 2024, Dustin worked in our CNC shop previously as a machinist/programmer in our CNC milling department.
Dustin brings his great technical knowledge and experience to the table to help us grow our quality and engineering department.
Dustin lives in Zachary, LA.
She is the person who is responsible for maintaining/monitoring the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, job costing, and purchasing systems. She handles the initiating/updating of the personnel functions relating to the benefits and payroll of our people. The regulatory reporting tasks such sales taxes, 941s, and 401ks are handled by her. She monitors our business banking relationship = operating account, payroll account, and receivables lockbox. The maintaining of the company’s business software programs is a critical part of her job. The internal go to person when we have problems with our business software.
IPS team member since 2013. Her duties over her career and here at IPS gives her the experience required to fill the function.

IPS team member since 2021, Taylor pretty much grew up at IPS as her grandmother Carol worked her for 14 years. Taylor has experience in operations at a local chemical plant.
Taylor is a graduate of Zachary high school and she and her husband and son live in Zachary, LA.
Randy performs the customer service role for the repair shop at IPS. He He expends considerable time interfacing with shop supervision and customers. He works closely with Sales and Operations to ensure that information and resources flow smoothly between the customers, vendors and the shop at IPS.
IPS team member since 2020, Randy has worked in the customer service/inside sales roles in the machinery service industry since 2005, and brings OEM experience with high pressure multi stage pumps and systems to our team.
Randy is a graduate of Scotlandville Magnet High School in Baton Rouge and DeVry University. He is an avid fitness enthusiast and an expert fantasy football gamer. He and his wife currently reside in Central, LA.
Josh currently handles the role of customer service manager. He previously was the repair shop planner scheduler assisting the repair shop supervisor manage the resources of the repair shop. Before that, Josh managed the CNC manufacturing shop after he joined the company as the CSR for CNC and manual manufactured parts at IPS. Josh has a solid foundation in the day to day operations of IPS and he works closely with Sales and Operations to ensure that information and resources flow smoothly between the customers, vendors and the shop at IPS.
IPS team member since 2010, Josh worked during college as a welding inspector at several sites in the Baton Rouge area. His educational background is heavily fortified with the use of modern technologies in today’s manufacturing and industrial environment.
Josh is a graduate of the Industrial Technology program at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is from St. Francisville, LA.
Manages the sales function of the business and manages key accounts in South Louisiana.
Joe has been in the machining and machinery repair industry since 1986 as a machinist/millwright, customer service representative, outside sales representative and sales manager. He has experience working in the sugar, petrochemical and production machining industries.
Joe has been an IPS team member since 1994 and in his current role since 2003.
Graduate of Redemptorist High School in Baton Rouge and the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now ULL) with a bachelor’s in Business Administration. He lives in Port Allen, LA.
He performs all of the drafting at IPS. He researches parts and repair jobs to assist in selecting alternate materials for the plant to use. He updates and maintains the drawing library. He manages the business relationship with Exxon Refinery/Chemical here in Baton Rouge. He supports our sourcing of engineered cast parts. He supports the modification of pump bowls/impellers.
Russell has more than 30 years experience in our industry. He comes to us after having spent almost 25 years with a major alternate parts supplier. He has worked in production, engineering, quality control, drafting and sales assignments.

IPS team member since 2007, Carol comes to us with more than 20 years work experience. She spent 18 years with a specialty paper company filling operations and administrative assignments.
She lives in Zachary, LA.
Supervision of the shipping and receiving done by the plant. He is involved in directing and scheduling internal/external resources to handle pick up/delivery tasks needed by our customers and suppliers. He monitors consumables used in shipping/receiving and maintains their level. He maintains the vehicles assigned to the plant. The Safety Program monitoring is a direct task that he performs.
IPS team member since 1997, he has more than 20 years experience in our industry. He started his career as a welder’s helper. He accumulated more than 10 years experience involved with employee safety conditions before joining us. He started at IPS as a truck driver.
Denham Springs
Jordan handles the customer service functions for the CNC manufacturing department and also fills the role as Field Service Coordinator and CSR. He is responsible for the estimating, purchasing and ERP functions for all aspects of the CNC shop. He also handles some manual parts as well as repairs as needed. In his role as CSR and Coordinator for Field Services, Jordan is responsible for estimating, purchasing and ERP for field service operations. He works closely with the manufacturing shop manager and the Field Services supervisors.
Jordan came to IPS from the University of Louisiana – Lafayette where he finished his Bachelors degree in Industrial Technology. He brought some CNC manufacturing experience with him from his job as a machinist while in college. He started with IPS in June of 2013.
He resides in Breaux Bridge, LA.
He handles the CSR function for repairs at IPS, which includes estimating, planning, scheduling and purchasing for most of the repair jobs in the shop. He expends considerable time interfacing with support shops and material suppliers. He works closely with Sales and Operations to ensure that information and resources flow smoothly between the customers and departments at IPS.
IPS team member since 1992, Charles has more than 30 years experience in the machinery repair business. He has an extensive background in parts manufacturing, machinery repair and service. His is always a ‘can do’ approach.

Tiger has extensive experience in field machining and millwright work. He recently came back to IPS after a few years stint with a major field machining and millwright service company.

Operations Manager
Paul has been with IPS since 2002 and has worked as a truck driver, saw operator, machinist, leadman and now as the supervisor of our manual machining and repair departments. Paul has a can-do attitude and will do what it takes to make sure that jobs get done right and on time.
Deon is a long time sales rep in the field machining and field services business.
He worked as a field machinist prior to going into sales and has extensive knowledge and experience in that area. Deon was hired to replace Bill Boudet who recently retired after almost 13 years with IPS.
Deon is originally from Central, LA and currently resides in the South Baton Rouge area.
Sales Representative
David brings with him close to 40 years of experience in the machinery service industry. He has a strong knowledge of pumps and mechanical sealing systems as well as general machine shop knowledge.
David is a resident of Central, LA and likes to hunt and fish when he has time.
Will performs all aspects of the ownership and general management responsibilities at IPS. This includes directly managing all department heads, overseeing the day-to-day operations, establishing operational objectives and financial budgets, and monitoring operational controls to ensure the company achieves all financial and operational targets. Will establishes policies and procedures to ensure IPS team members deliver the best possible service experience for IPS customers. Will also does long range planning including overseeing the capital investments and expansion of the business. He is responsible for obtaining financing to support the growth of the business. Will is also the primary interface with outside accounting, banking, insurance, and legal support professionals.
Will joined IPS in 2008 and soon took over as president of the company following the untimely death of his father, John Ganley. Prior to IPS, Will gained valuable general management experience working for another company in the lumber industry for almost 15 years.
Earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. He grew up in Mandeville and graduated from Mandeville High School. Will resides in Baton Rouge with his wife, Kathy, and their two children.

Catherine has been with IPS since 2013 and has filled the role as customer service representative supporting the manual parts, thermal spray and equipment repair sectors of the shop.
Catherine is a graduate of LSU and Christian Life Academy in Baton Rouge and is a native and resident of the Baton Rouge area.
Erich is being promoted to Production Supervisor, and he will be responsible for providing leadership to the Manual Production and CNC Production Department. In his new role, Erich’s major objectives will include ensuring these departments deliver 100% customer satisfaction, providing timely delivery of quality parts, eliminating mistakes, providing a safe working environment, hiring and developing top talent, and controlling costs.
Erich joined IPS in February of 1997 as a truck driver/floor sweeper and has worked his way up to a lead man in the CNC Department. Erich is a driven employee and I am confident that he will strive in his new role as a supervisor.
Manages sales accounts in the Baton Rouge area, as well as South Central and Southwestern Louisiana.
IPS team member since 1997. Robert has more than 35 years of experience in the machining and machinery repair business, mostly as a machinist and shop supervisor with 20 of those years being with IPS. He transferred over to the sales team from the machine shop supervisor position in early 2007.
