Title:  Supervisor Repair.

Functions Filled: Directs the repair group in their daily functions. The functions being: disassembly, cleaning, inspection, reports, estimating, repair options, assembly, data marshalling, and report writing. He has ongoing contact with customers to keep them updated on job status as well as the problems that occur. He does the planning/scheduling of repair work thru the shop. He interfaces with Sales + Accounting + Customer Service + Purchasing + Shipping/Receiving to keep the volume flowing thru the shop.

Background Experience: IPS team member since 2003. Newman has more than 35 years experience in our industry. He started working as a machinist and progressed to machinist/millwright. He has filled the maintenance supervisor function for a period of 17 years before joining us. He had a 10 year stretch at a local pulp/paper mill and a 7 year stretch at a local chemical plant
