Functions Filled:  He handles the CSR function for repairs at IPS, which includes estimating, planning, scheduling and purchasing for most of the repair jobs in the shop. He expends considerable time interfacing with support shops and material suppliers. He works closely with Sales and Operations to ensure that information and resources flow smoothly between the customers and departments at IPS.

Background Experience:  IPS team member since 1992. Charles has more than 30 years experience in business.  He has an extensive background in parts manufacturing, machinery repair and service.  His is always a ‘can do’ approach.

Team Member:  KELLY LEJEUNE Title:  Customer Service Representative (CSR)  New Parts.

Functions Filled:  Handles the CSR function for new parts at IPS. This is primarily manually manufactured parts, however, Kelly also handles some CNC manufactured parts and repair jobs when needed. There is estimating, planning scheduling, and purchasing performed in each of these product areas as well as working with suppliers.

Background Experience:  IPS team member since 2002. Kelly handled the administrative assistant duties before transferring into the Customer Service parts function.  Kelly has been performing this function for more than three years and has evolved into handling larger and more complex jobs.  The challenge is always something she is looking for.

Team Member:  JOSH ROGERS Title: Customer Service Representative CSR (CNC Manufacturing)

Functions Filled:  Josh handles the CSR function for CNC and manual manufactured parts at IPS.  This includes estimating, planning, scheduling and purchasing for much of the production machining jobs in the shop. He expends considerable time interfacing with shop personnel and material suppliers. He works closely with Sales and Operations to ensure that information and resources flow smoothly between the customers, vendors and the shop at IPS.  We are pleased to welcome Josh to our team.

Background Experience:  IPS team member since 2010. Josh is a graduate of the Industrial Technology program at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.  Josh worked during college as a welding inspector at several sites in the Baton Rouge area.  His educational background is heavily fortified with the use of modern technologies in today’s manufacturing and industrial environment.
