Will Ganley

Functions Filled:  Will performs all aspects of the ownership and general management responsibilities at IPS.  This includes directly managing all department heads, overseeing the day-to-day operations, establishing operational objectives and financial budgets, and monitoring operational controls to ensure the company achieves all financial and operational targets.  Will establishes policies and procedures to ensure IPS team members deliver the best possible service experience for IPS customers.  Will also does long range planning including overseeing the capital investments and expansion of the business. He is responsible for obtaining financing to support the growth of the business.  Will is also the primary interface with outside accounting, banking, insurance, and legal support professionals.

Background Experience:  Will joined IPS in 2008 and soon took over as president of the company following the untimely death of his father, John Ganley.  Prior to IPS, Will gained valuable general management experience working for another company in the lumber industry for almost 15 years.  

Educational & Personal Background:  Earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.  He grew up in Mandeville and graduated from Mandeville High School.  Will resides in Baton Rouge with his wife, Kathy, and their two children.
